In 1999 it became necessary to transform and commercialize the whole productions of Gaudiano farms, therefore we established the GMG soc. farm co-operative, locating the manufacturing plants and goods storage right in the very center of the farm, encouraging the logistics of working. The semi-manufactured line is the most successful element of Gaudiano Farm.

Almost the whole yield is subjected to the first working process. Our productions are transformed and soaked in brine by the most suitable modalities. Our range is really complete, with a production especially focused on artichokes, olives, garlic, capers, tomatoes and many more vegetables with their own different kind of manufacturing.

Over the years we have created important collaborations with various foreign firms for the supply of semi-processed food, supported by the guarantee of a constant reliability of delivery times and by the quality of the service offered.
