In the frame of a rigorous perspective of principle that assigns truth and quality features exclusively to the experience and to the substance of what is made and what is produced,  for over 60 years Gaudiano Company has been synonymous of high quality 'Made In Italy' in the field of the food farming production
For over 30 years the “Gaudiano” family have been using cultivation techniques that follow the philosophy of organic cultivation:

  1. Use of organic fertilizers: our cooperative has always used manure from nearby farms and the waste-scrap resulting from the agricultural processing of our products intended for the fresh-food market.  
  2. Non tilling”, the land is not tilled. The soil follows its own natural cycle without any interference from man;

Currently the total surface of the farms is 180 ha, including 80 ha olive groves with more than 30,000 raised plants, while on the left 100 ha a crop rotation of typical vegetables of the dauno territory  is realized. Our product range is very vast and complete, with a production especially focused on artichokes, olives, garlic, capers, tomatoes and many more vegetables with their own different kind of manufacturing.
Through the choice of the organic methods, the Gaudiano companies take into consideration also the valorization of the native products, whose cultivation requires a fertile soil, much experience and a way of working able to respect the interlacing among environment, nature, story, culture and innovation.
