“G.M.G.”  coop. farm takes origin from the will to transform and commercialize organic products raised for over 60 years in the family farm, improving the right skills that made it the best one in this field after two generations.
Placed in the Tavoliere delle Puglie, a profitable area for the agricultural productions thanks to its pedoclimatic features, Gaudiano Farms are specialized in producing table olives, oil olives and vegetables. Currently the total surface of the farms is 180 ha, including 80 ha olive groves with more than 30,000 raised plants, while on the left 100 ha a crop rotation of typical vegetables of the dauno territory  is realized. Beyond the “Bella di Cerignola” olives, whose we are the main producers on this area, we raise more different olive groves. Located in the countryside of Cerignola, the olive groves are part of the defined  Dop area, acknowledgment granted by European Community. For over ten years the whole farm production has been turning into Organic raising in order to guarantee genuineness and reliability of our products.
In 1999 it became necessary to transform and commercialize the whole productions of Gaudiano farms, therefore we established the GMG soc. farm co-operative, locating the manufacturing plants and goods storage right in the very center of the farm.
After having gained a great experience in producing semi-manufactured food, we decided to package our goods in order to improve our product line, certificated by ISO 9901 and HACCP quality system.
