Bio Gaudiano is a Didactic farm whose design objective is to foster the adoption of correct dietary habits through the knowledge and the consumption of products obtained by respecting the health and the environment, linked to the tradition and culture of the rural world, and by promoting training courses on the historical, cultural and anthropological aspects of the local food production.
To all the students, and also to a vast and variegated public, the Gaudiano manor farm tells and shows the technical and developing agricultural peculiarities, inherited from the local tradition and,  above all, from a daily practice of the familiar productive microcosm.
Skills consolidated in the course of time and orientated to respect the reciprocal exchange dynamics, necessarily required by the surrounding ecosystem.
In this way, an educational mechanism, well-balanced in each step, is ready to be offered to the listener-customer: the complete description about the raising activity, production processes, products release periodicity, vegetal and animal biodiversity, organic producing systems that give us a kind of raising which  takes care of the nutritional and healthy qualities of the productions, but also of the historical, cultural and anthropological aspects whose belong to these productions.
